Open-face Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of cream cheese
(of your choice)
1/2 of a carrot, finely shredded
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
2 tbsps of chopped onions
4 slices of light whole-grain bread
1 package of sliced smoked salmon
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, celery,
carrot, onions. Stir to blend.
Spread cream cheese mixture on each of the bread
slices. Cut each slice in half and top with smoked
salmon and serve.
